July 24, 2013 Last weekend, I had the good fortune to meet Anne Kubitsky, creator and founder of “The Look for the Good Project.” I first discovered her postcard (shown below) at a local shop and then checked out her website www.lookforthegoodproject.org . I learned that she would be at Hammonassett Beach State Park in Madison, CT working on her “Gratitude Door” installation, so I went to visit…
Anne is an “Ambassador for Gratitude.” Her project has become a worldwide movement to remind people to focus on what’s good in their lives.
I found her at the beach painting this door, while inviting passersby to write their personal statements of gratefulness.

How can you get involved?
Copy or print out this postcard. And then on the opposite side of the card commit to the good in your life by writing it down, drawing it, or pasting a photo- to name and honor what you are grateful for. By defining the good, you”ll open the door for more to follow. Try it. Be ready to smile! And, check out Anne’s website and begin to “look for the good” everywhere you go!
